AGM 2024

Elections to Parish Education Committee (PEC) for École Saint-Sacrement The PEC is responsible for governing École Saint-Sacrement on behalf of the Catholic Independent Schools of Vancouver (CISVA) in accordance with CISVA’s policies and procedures. The PEC is comprised of members elected by the Parish and members appointed by the Pastor and/or PEC. Information on the PEC can be found on the School’s Website at https://ecolesaintsacrement.ca/about-ess/pec/.

If the number of nominees exceeds the number of vacancies, elections to the PEC will be held at the Parish on May 25 and 26, 2025. This year parishioners will be electing three members. The Nominating Committee invites parishioners to contact the Nominating Committee at pec@ess.vancouver.bc.ca to obtain a copy of the Nomination Form. Completed Nomination Forms must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the Nominating Committee by 5:00pm on May 5, 2024. Members of the Nominating Committee for the 2025 Election are Daniel Murphy, Ami Sanyal, and Hollis Bromley.

In the event an election is required, the names of all bona fide candidates standing for election will be published in the Parish Bulletin one week before the election. Parishioners may view the Voters’ List under the supervision of the Returning Officer on Saturday and Sunday, May 10, 11, 18 and 19, 2025 following Mass in the Parish Centre.
