He is Risen! Today we celebrate Jesus' victory over death! As people who are baptized into his death, we too share in this new life. We know that death does not have the final word- Jesus is our savior!

Faith in Action
Pick a concrete way to live Easter today. 
  • Write or display an Easter refrain (Alleluia or He is Risen) in a prominent place in your house throughout the Easter season. 
  • Throughout the season invite family or friends over to celebrate with your favorite meal or appetizers and drinks. 
  • Read The Case for Jesus or organize a group of friends to watch it together each week. 

Family Corner
Ideas to live Easter at home.
  • Use an Easter greeting among your family throughout the octave of Easter. When greeting someone say, “He is Risen!”. The other person responds, “He is Risen, indeed!”. 
  • Make a Resurrection Scene craft 
  • Bake Hot Cross Buns and share with a neighbor or friend.
